The Grow retainer handles ongoing monthly production for up to 4 episodes per month, starting at $1,500/month for audio and $2,000/month for video.
The Accelerate retainer includes everything in Grow plus monthly performance reports, ad management, and discoverability optimization, starting at $2,500/month for audio and $3,000/month for video. We also offer per-episode production for clients who aren't ready for a retainer.

Launch Validation is a pre-launch testing service where we create three variations of your podcast title, cover art, and description and test them with a real audience before you go live. You'll know exactly what resonates before launch — not after. Available as a $650 add-on to any Launch package.

Yes — both the Grow and Accelerate retainers are available in audio or video versions. Audio retainers cover full audio production, show notes, promotional audio clips, captions, and distribution. Video retainers include everything in the audio tier plus full video editing, YouTube thumbnails, promotional video reels, and YouTube distribution.

Retainers are billed monthly on an annual basis. Your retainer reserves dedicated production capacity for up to 4 episodes per month. Unused episodes do not roll over. This ensures your spot in our production schedule is protected every month, whether or not episodes are submitted.

Every Launch package includes a complimentary 30-day performance review one month after your show goes live. We look at your downloads, listener behavior, and platform performance, then give you specific recommendations on what's working and what to adjust. It's also where we talk about which ongoing retainer makes sense for your goals.
